About ``Sing A New Song``
Music is a universal language that brings a community together and helps us understand cultural differences.

Gospel music has creative and healing power. It enables us to temporarily forget our pain or losses... Seeing a smile while "Singing a new song" with some children that lost their parents and granny's to covid19 and divorces, a formal unmotivated and depressed teenagers with the sparkle on their eyes, inspires us and reminds us of the power of a safe and creative community.

"Sing A New Song" initiative is designed to bring families together, both teenagers, kids, and the elderly within the community.

Singing helps you to relax Relieves stress.
Singing appears to be a stress-reliever. Stimulates the immune response. May improve snoring. Improves lung function.
Develops a sense of belonging and connection. Enhances memory in people with dementia.
Helps with grief.
*Wij are working with professional and certified vocal training, learning keys, and how to use your vocal cords properly.
You will sing.

*We are having a live show in August and December 2022.

Kids: 5- 10 & 11- 14yrs
Teens: 15- 17Yrs
Young Adult: 18:21Yrs
Adults: 22yr - 49yrs
Oudere: 50+ plus years

Q&A || Questions & Answers

A: Not. You can register in regards to your age, religious or ethnic background.

A: Vocal training and live show preparations are very expensive, however, we work with sponsors that cover the costs per candidate which is €180 for 8 weeks. To you, it is free of charge.

A: Our vocal coaches are certified, and possess proof of evidence of coaching experience with references as well as VOG documents.

A: We work with both kids, teens, and the elderly to create an atmosphere of community, fun, sounds, and music, it is our obligation to do our diligence due to research of healthy manners coaches, so we don’t put our candidates in harm’s way.

Researchers say the songs can reduce anxiety about death, increase self-esteem and bring meaning to older people’s lives. According to a report published in The Gerontologist, study leaders found that when older people listened to Christian music it had a direct and positive effect on their mental well-being. Published in 2014.
